If for any reason a product cannot be dispatched to you in the indicated time frame, we will get in touch with you directly to ask if you’d like to continue with your order.
Duties and taxes
For customers outside the EU, import duties and taxes are not included in our item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before purchasing from us.
Returns
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please get in touch at hello@study34.co.uk
All orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt and all International orders must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
For your return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be packed in the original packaging (where possible) and include all original tags. You are advised to return any items using tracked delivery, as STUDY 34 cannot compensate for packages lost in the return shipping. All refunds will be made to the card or account that was originally charged, less shipping, within 14 days of the orders return.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. STUDY 34 cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and return any items using tracked delivery.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item please email us at hello@study34.co.uk to let us know. Once your original order has been received, your new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Damaged or faulty products
If you suspect your item to be damaged or faulty in any way please get in touch at hello@study34.co.uk and pre-paid postage to return the item will be provided.
